Piñata party shows up every day and you can play it only once in a span of 24 hours. So if you have already played it recently , then wait till midnight. But if it still doesn't show up then it may be because you have not updated it. So make sure that you have the latest updated edition of plants vs zombies.( you can easily update it from playstore.)
